• Payment information — when you pay for a trip, payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

If you text us or provide your mobile number, we may send you messages related to your reservation and our services — for example booking confirmations, balance reminders, and schedule or weather updates. Message frequency varies with your booking activity, typically 2–5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure traffic and performance. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Where we embed video (for example, YouTube), we use privacy-enhanced/no-cookie embedding where available.
