• Payment information — when you pay for a trip, payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

With your prior express consent, Caribbean Watersports & Enviro-Tours sends SMS text messages related to your reservation. Message types include booking confirmations, deposit and balance reminders, pickup time and location details, and schedule or weather updates. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency varies, typically 2-5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network availability.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
